Today I have failed and paid for it!
Breakfast: porridge oats with almond milk and 5 squares of dark chocolate
Lunch: soya hot chocolate with marshmallows
Dinner Lemon and Chilli chicken thighs, potato wedges, red pepper and sweet corn
Snacks: 4 cookies and 5sq of white chocolate(oops)
Im binging at the moment because I am feeling like crap, viscous cycle to say the lease. I hope I get better at this eating malarkey. 😪
